Privacy at BuhAI

Account and profile information

When you create or use an account, BuhAI may process your email address, profile identity, authentication provider information, and settings needed to keep your account working. Use only an email address you are allowed to use.

Chat, tools, and usage records

BuhAI processes the information you submit to Chat and tools so the requested feature can run. The service also records privacy-conscious usage events and daily counters to enforce the Free and Premium allowances. These counters reset in Philippine Time.

Premium and Gumroad data

Gumroad handles payment details. BuhAI receives provider verification data such as a purchaser email, product or subscription identifiers, lifecycle status, and receipt or management information needed to match, activate, maintain, or revoke Premium. BuhAI does not store your card details.

Children and guardian guidance

The free BuhAI experience is intended to be accessible to users of all ages, but Premium purchases should be reviewed and completed by a parent or legal guardian when the user is under the age of majority where they live. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information about a child. Contact BuhAI if you believe personal information was submitted inappropriately.

Security and retention

BuhAI uses authentication, access controls, provider verification, and server-side usage checks to protect the service. Information is kept only for as long as needed for the account, requested feature, billing reconciliation, safety, support, or legal obligations, subject to the capabilities of the connected providers.

Your choices and contact

You can stop using the service, manage your account settings, and contact BuhAI about access or privacy questions. Payment and recurring-membership controls are managed through Gumroad.
