Terms of Premium

Who can use BuhAI

BuhAI is built for Filipinos and beyond, and the free experience is intended to be welcoming to users of all ages. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian should review and complete any Premium purchase with an eligible payment method.

What Premium includes

Premium provides the current daily allowance shown on the BuhAI upgrade page: 100 AI actions, 30 live searches, 15 image requests, 30 file requests, and 30 AI tool actions per Philippine-Time day. These are service limits, not a promise that every provider or feature will always be available.

Checkout and account matching

Gumroad handles payment details, recurring renewal, and the purchase receipt. Sign in to BuhAI before checkout and use the same email address at Gumroad. BuhAI grants Premium only after a verified Gumroad provider event is matched to the BuhAI account. A browser redirect or screenshot alone never grants access.

Renewal and cancellation

The Premium plan is a recurring monthly membership when the configured plan says so. Gumroad manages renewal. Use the membership-management link in your Gumroad receipt to cancel or change renewal before the next charge. If cancellation is scheduled for the end of a paid period, Premium remains available until that period ends.

Refunds and delayed verification

Refunds follow the purchase provider's policy. If payment succeeds but BuhAI has not received or matched the verified provider notification, the Free plan remains available while the event is checked. Contact BuhAI support with the Gumroad receipt instead of purchasing again immediately.

Changes and support

BuhAI may adjust service limits, provider availability, or these terms as the project evolves. The upgrade page is the current source for price, limits, and provider status. Questions about account matching or access can be sent through the BuhAI contact page.
